Swimmers may only be entered in this meet if they have earned a qualifying time during the season. Swimmers may only enter in the events they qualified for with a maximum of 4 events. There will be no relays.

The entry fee is $5 per event.

Payment Options:

1. Cash: Place your payment in an envelope labeled with your swimmer's name and either drop it off at 4605 Monrovia Blvd or give it to Natalie at practice.

2. Venmo: Venmo the team account [@LDLSwimTeam]. Please add $0.25 per event to help cover processing fees (for example, 4 events = $21.00). In the Venmo note, please add your swimmer's name and "All Stars"

2026 All Star Swimmer Pasta Dinner

This is only for swimmers who have qualified for the All Star Swim Meet on July 25th.

This is a sit-down dinner in the Landsdale Clubhouse. We are asking for volunteers to make or heat up the food and bring it to the club house for the event. The team will reimburse you if you save your receipts.

Cost of the event is $12 per person. Kids 10 and under need to bring a parent. While parents are invited, it is not mandatory for parents of kids 11+ to attend. Please purchase your ticket here: https://ldl.swimtopia.com/shop

2026 Annual Swim Team Award Ceremony & Dinner
Landsdale Ampitheater & Pool

It's time for the annual Landsdale Lighting End-of-Season Dinner and Awards Ceremony! Join us in the Amphitheatre area behind the pool for a night of celebration, recognition, and team spirit.

🏆 We’ll honor our amazing swimmers with awards, then keep the energy flowing with our legendary fun relays and the always amazing- team whirlpool!

Don’t miss out on the laughter, memories, and a fantastic finish to an epic season! 💫

  • 5:00-6:20pm: Dinner and awards
  • 6:20-6:35: Clean up the Amphitheatre, set up the pool with all lane lines, and transition families to the pool
  • 6:35- 7:25pm: Fun relays in all 8 lanes of the pool
  • 7:30-7:50: Whirlpool in the shallow area of the pool (the zero-entry side). All swimmers must be out of the water by 8pm.
  • 8:00-8:30pm- Everyone helps to clean up and put things away before dark

We’ll be serving pizza, chips, watermelon, drinks, and cupcakes at the Awards Banquet on Sunday July 20th.

🍕 Pizza by the Slice:

  • Add each slice to your cart and choose from cheese or pepperoni.
  • The first slice comes with a drink and sides. The additional slices do not.

This is an invitation only relay meet. 8 teams particpate in this relay meet and are capped at bringing 70 swimmers each. Coaches will let you know if you are swimming. Please RSV by June 28th if you WILL be in town and are interested in particpating.

The meet theme t is “Stars and Stripes”. Come decked-out in red, white, and blue!

Medals will be given to the top 2 finishing teams in each relay, and a trophy will be given to the team who scores the most points during the relay carnival.

Come join us in your Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts, and leis!  We willl have a limbo contest, hula hoop contest, and will be painting some large cardboard surfboards to bring to the home swim meet for extra team spirit.

Pasta Party Pep Rally

We are trying something NEW this season — a Pasta Party Pep Rally! 🍝⚡

On the evening of Friday, June 19th, we are looking for 9 awesome families (two per age group-one for boys and one for girls) to host small pasta parties for our swimmers. The goal is simple: help kids build friendships, team spirit, and excitement before our first home meet!  

Hosts are needed for: (Update 6/11/26- we have hosts!)
• 6 & Under Girls
• 6 & Under Boys
• 7-8 Girls
• 7-8 Boys
• 9-10 Girls
• 9-10 Boys
• 11-12 Girls
• 11-12 Boys
• 13-18 Girls & Boys

Hosts can keep it as simple or creative as they’d like! Make spaghetti and meatballs, order pizza, serve mac & cheese, or create your own swimmer-approved menu. Other families in the age group are absolutely welcome to help co-host or contribute food/snacks/drinks!

And here’s the fun part… Coach Cara will be making her way around the neighborhood visiting each Pasta Party Pep Rally throughout the evening! 🎉

Once families RSVP, I’ll send each host the contact list for their swimmer group so everyone can coordinate details easily.

We hope this becomes a fun new Lightning tradition and a great way for swimmers to connect outside the pool!
