My name is Cara Harmon, and I'm so excited to be coaching the Landsdale Lightning Swim Team this summer! I began my swimming career with my local FSSL team, and swam on a competitive club team for a few additional seasons. I returned to swimming in high school as the manager of the Urbana High School Swim and Dive team. With UHS, I helped lead the team to county and regional championships, and it was there that I decided I want to pursue team management as a career. I currently attend the University of Tampa studying sport management. I'm excited to create a fun, encouraging environment where every athlete feels supported. I look forward to a fantastic season of hard work, personal bests, and special memories!
