The mission of the Landsdale Lightning Swim Team is to provide the young people of our community the opportunity to participate in a fun, recreational summer swim league program, to teach the basics of competitive swimming skills, and to instill a lifelong enjoyment of swimming. We strive to provide a safe, healthy environment in which our swimmers learn the values of competition, sportsmanship, teamwork and individual achievement. We view the fundamentals of hard work, regular practice, self-discipline, and goal-setting as important life skills. We firmly believe that we can have FUN while we achieve this.
