Pep rallies are a fun way for swimmers and their families to connect outside of the pool and get pumped up for the meet the next day!  Each pep rally has a theme which we will carry into the meet the next morning.  Swimmers are encouraged to dress for the themes.  

Pep rallies take place at the Landsdale Community Amphitheater on Fridays at 6pm and include activities and giveaways for swimmers.
