All practices occur at the Landsdale Community Pool

Wednesday Clinics:

• 6/3 Dive Clinic for New Swimmers (All new swimmers invited to attend, no signup needed)
• 6/10 Beginner Breaststroke Clinic (Signup is open for swimmers ages 6-12, 32 swimmers max)
• 6/17 Starts & Turns Clinic for 9+ (Signup is open for any swimmer age 9+, 40 swimmers max)
• 6/24 Beginner Butterfly Clinic (Signup is open for swimmers ages 6-12, 32 swimmers max)
• If your swimmer is registered for a clinic, they do not attend the age group practice that same evening. 

Below are practice group descriptions.  Groups designated by age but coaches may recommend a higher or lower group based on swimmer ability.

Pre-Team: This group is for swimmers ages 4-8 who can swim at least 12 meters independently without stopping or assistance but cannot yet make it the full 25 meters consistently. As swimmers' skills progress, they may be invited to join the 8U practice group and attend meets. Pre-team group size is limited to 16 registrants.

8U: This group includes swimmers 8 & younger who have completed the minimum requirements for participation in this group--swimming 25 meters independently with consistency. Swimmers in this group are expected to participate in meets.

10U: This group includes swimmers in the 9-10 age group and 7-8s identified by the coaches. The requirements for participation in this group are to consistently and independently complete 25 meters freestyle (front crawl) and 25 meters backstroke. Swimmers in this group are expected to participate in meets.

11-12 & 13+: Swimmers in these groups must be able to swim 50-100 meters (2-4 laps) of freestyle (front-crawl) continuously without stopping or needing assistance as well as 50 meters (2 laps) of continuous backstroke. Swimmers in these groups are expected to participate in meets.
